Sponsorship Opportunities 2023

As in years past, we will be using a tiered approach for primary sponsorships. There will be one Title Sponsor, up to three Major Sponsors, and up to five Supporting Sponsors. The descriptions below display the ways your company will be promoted throughout the 2023 conference if you decide to be a primary event sponsor.

Conference Name Badges

Your company name and logo will appear on the name badge that attendees wear every day. Name badges are required for admission to all conference events and meals. It’s a constant reminder of your presence at the conference.

Conference Tote Bags

Your company name and logo screen printed alongside Citygate Network’s logo on the side of a tote bag that all attendees will receive. Most attendees carry the bag throughout the conference and keep it for multiple uses when they return home.

Welcome Kit/Gift

Welcome each attendee after they register for the event by passing out your company's marketing materials and branded gifts. Pre-assembled sponsor kits to be handed out to members of your team from a counter next to the conference registration.

The conference app provides attendees with directions and helps them share comments and photos throughout the conference. Visible signage will be provided where volunteers are stationed to assist users with app setup.

Your logo, with a link to your website, will be at the bottom of each screen on the app.
As attendees log in to the app, your logo will be displayed with a live link to your preferred landing page.
Your company name and logo will be posted on the app’s instructional page in the conference program.

Conference Bookstore

The conference bookstore is always a big hit! The bookstore offers resources recommended by speakers and seminar presenters, as well as other materials helpful to the work and ministry of life transformation. The bookstore is open all day in a high-traffic area where attendees will pass multiple times throughout the event. In addition to recognition in the conference program, signage at the bookstore will include your company logo, thanking you for your sponsorship of the store.

Program Advertising

The conference program is, without a doubt, the most widely used document at the Annual Conference and Exposition. Attendees regularly access this spiral-bound book to navigate the event, locate meeting rooms and amenities, take notes during sessions, and reference speaker profiles and other important information. Your ad will be something they see regularly, presenting your business with the opportunity to strengthen the distinctness of your company, project, or partnership. Deadline to reserve and provide artwork is April 14, 2023.

Christians & Culture Discourse - Plenary Session
