You can register anytime before the event, but to get the early bird special pricing, you must register online between November 15 - December 15, 2023.

* To qualify - between November 15 - December 15, for every five, full-time program registrations paid in a single transaction for member ministries, the fifth registration fee will be waived in our system prior to processing and receipting.

Enhanced Spouse Rate

Since we consider ministry a family affair, Citygate Network is happy to announce a FULL ACCESS conference experience for spouses! The spouse rate this year includes ALL general sessions, meals and dessert, track seminars, and the exhibit hall. Please note: This rate is for spouses who are NOT working full-time at a member mission.

Conference Registration Details

The rates shown below apply to individual and associate members and their spouses, plus any other board and staff members of Citygate Network member ministries. Registration fees must be received at the Citygate Network office by the stated deadline in order to qualify for the discount. All registration fees are always transferable to a previously unregistered guest from a member mission. Any registration changes or additions after May 14 must be made on-site at the Central Bank Center in Lexington. Registrations canceled before May 10, will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee per person. If canceled after May 10, they will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee per person. Only in cases of family emergencies might the cancellation fee be waived. All refund requests must be in writing and received by Citygate Network no later than Wednesday, June 28, 2024.
