Included in the standard booth package:

  • 10' deep x 10' wide draped booth space.
  • One draped six-foot table and two chairs per booth.
  • Conference name badges for up to four representatives per booth. (Name badges permit access to all conference activities. Additional representatives may register for an additional fee of $375 per rep.)
  • Access to all conference meals, general sessions, and breakout seminars.
  • A listing in a Citygate Network eblast to conference registrants (If registration, payment, and description information are received by Friday, April 12).
  • A listing on Citygate Network's conference home page (if registration, payment, and description information are received by Friday, April 12).
  • A 30-word description of your company or ministry in the conference program and on the Whova mobile conference website (if registration, payment, and description information are received by Monday, April 8).

Upon Citygate Network receiving your registration and deposit payment, the decorator will send you an exhibition services kit outlining details regarding furnishing rentals, power, internet, exhibit labor, shipping, drayage, and other services.

Booth Assignments

During the registration process, you will specify the type and quantity of booth(s), as well as listing up to four booth placement choices. Click here to see the Exhibit Hall Map, which includes booth numbers and the floor plan.

Our aim is to allocate booths in a fair and complementary manner, therefore booths are assigned based on the order of received registrations. The layout of the Exhibit Hall begins after the primary sponsorship drawing has been completed on February 23, 2024. Anticipate receiving an email in early April containing your booth assignment details and a final invoice for your chosen booth(s) and sponsorship preferences.

Accommodation for Small Businesses

Citygate Network recognizes the financial challenges that smaller businesses may face when exhibiting at the conference. To provide support in such cases, we offer half booth spaces.

To qualify: Your company is a one-person entity OR has an annual revenue of less than $200,000, you may apply for a half booth. This process involves a $350 deposit fee for the shared space, and later, you will receive an invoice for one half of the standard booth fee ($1,150 for Citygate Network business members; $1,275 for non-members).

NOTE: When planning your displays, keep in mind that you will be assigned to half of a 10' x 10' booth, so displays cannot exceed 5' wide. Additionally, a shared booth includes two registrations per company. Due to space constraints, only two representatives per small business are permitted in the shared exhibit booth at any time.
