Shelter Manager

*Anticipated start date of 5/1/2021*

Reporting to the Director, the Manager is responsible for co-ed shelter operations and the delivery of services as it relates to emergency housing and corresponding case management in alignment with the mission of "Restoring Hope and Changing Lives." The Manager implements the objectives of Director, monitors services and adjusts service delivery to maximize results. Selects and supervises staff, trains and orients, and evaluates performance. Prepares reports related to department. Overseas chapel scheduling.

Ideal candidate will have experience with HMIS, and experience with grant compliance.

Staff includes 2 case managers and FT/PT Case Work Aides. Approximately 40 beds in male dorm, and 8 beds in female dorm.

Annual starting salary is $48,750 - $51,250.
