Director of Development

The Development Director oversees the development vision, planning and practices, and leads the development team. This includes hiring, training, supervising, and measuring staff functions and success. The Development Director is part of the executive team that oversees ministry direction, planning, and management. This is a key position within the organization helping to lead our organization in fundraising excellence. The right person will possess high leadership, organizational and relational skills, and have experience leading fundraising practices and teams with an emphasis in major gift fundraising.
