Vice President of Programs

The Vice President of Programs reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the senior leadership team charged with overseeing the daily work of the ministry, cultivating ministry culture and tone, and preparing programs for the future. The VP of Programs supervises all ministry programs and services including Outreach, Frontline, LaunchPoint, and Berea, and provides strategic leadership for the directors of each program. He or she ensures that the mission of KARM and critical objectives for Programs are fulfilled by carefully planning, thoughtfully managing, and continually improving the current programs. Further, the VP of Programs will be expected to evaluate existing programs and, as needed, focus on the development of new programs to serve the diverse and ever-changing needs of those served by KARM.
