Women's LifeChange Director -
The Union Gospel Mission of Portland, Oregon seeks a dynamic leader to direct the overall programs, staff, and facilities for UGM's LifeChange for Women and Their Children. Our operation is currently located in Beaverton; however, we recently broke ground on a new WLC facility located at 185th and Rock Creek in unincorporated Washington County. The new director will get to guide the WLC team and residents into a brand new and much larger facility that shall open January 2024.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the vision and values of Union Gospel Mission and a desire to serve the homeless, addicted, abused is a must. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus medical/dental benefits, housing allowance, and eligibility for matching 403(b) retirement plan after one year of employment. The position reports to the Executive Director and is a member of the UGM Executive Team.
