Bridge Street Mission is seeking a full-time Facility Manager to provide clean, safe and cost-efficient buildings and grounds to support the evangelistic, compassionate and transformational ministry of Bridge Street Mission. Current properties include a Sober Living Center, an Outreach Center and a coffee kiosk. The preferred candidate will have diverse maintenance skills and janitorial experience. He or she will have expertise in supply inventory, purchasing, workplace safety, risk management as well as familiarity with permits and zoning. The ability to mobilize individuals and groups of volunteers is a must including involvement and teaching of residents in chores and a vocational tract on facility management.
