Northwoods Share

Description

? For almost 15 years Northwoods Share’s Ministries has helped those in need throughout the greater Eagle River area, including the towns of St. Germain, Conover, Three Lakes, Phelps, Land O’ Lakes, and Sayner. 
? Northwoods Share has served over 600 local families each year through Community Dinners, Needs Pantry, and IC HELP (emergency financial assistance).
? Northwoods Share provides items that are not covered by other social service programs for families and individuals, such as; toilet paper, soap and personal care items.  In addition, seasonal clothing is available, at no charge.
? Operational funds for the Northwoods Share Ministries comes from private, business and church donations.  These funds are used to provide products listed above, as well as, our overhead costs of rent, utilities and insurance.  All of our staff of  workers are volunteers, we do not have any paid staff.
? IC HELP benevolence is supported by NWS's Fundraisers, area churches and private donations.
?Transitional Housing for Women & Children will assist women and children to move toward self-sufficiency by providing Christ-centered support services that includes encouragement, education and a stable living environment

Through our facility and multiple partners we are able to provide the listed services, including meals twice a month.
