Description

Shirley's House of Hope is Christian domestic violence along with drug and alcohol recovery shelter in Marshfield, Wisconsin. We provide a safe environment where women and children hurting from abuse can find spiritual, emotional and physical healing from domestic violence and drug addictions. Our goal is to see lives transformed through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We provide two week emergency services, a 9 month healing program for women and children and transitional housing for program graduates.

Our mission is to rebuild, renew and restore lives of women and children hurting from domestic violence along with drug and alcohol addiction.

In our 9 month program classes including Healthy Boundaries, Healing from Childhood Sexual Abuse, Believing God, Anger Management, Self-Care, Nutrition, Parenting, Forgiveness, Breaking Free and 12 Steps to Recovery/Healing from domestic violence, Resume Writing, Budgeting, Job Interview Skills, Relapse Prevention, Making Healthy Friends and the Genesis Process. AODA counseling is required for those with drug addiction.
