The Merced County Rescue Mission takes people as they are, and gives them what they need to get started again. The mission provides for physical and spiritual needs . . . A warm bed, nourishing food, clothing, personal care, and spiritual counseling by making application of the love of Jesus Christ that was shared in the gospel. Our mission is to exhibit the love and caring of Jesus Christ; transforming lives for those in our county who are in physical and spiritual need. Our vision is to be the hands, feet and voice of Christ in Merced County; advocating for the dispossessed, battered, hungry and destitute.
