Exhibit Hall Details

Our expansive exhibit hall is right next door to our conference meeting space this year, presenting an excellent opportunity to access our top-notch main sessions as well as our many members.

  • 8' x 10' professionally draped booth space.
  • One draped six-foot table and two chairs per booth.
  • Conference name badges for up to four representatives per booth. Name badges permit access to all conference activities. If you include more than four representatives in your booth, you will incur an additional fee of $330 per rep.
  • Access to all conference meals and general sessions.
  • A listing in eblast to conference registrants (if registration, payment, and description information are received by April 18).
  • A listing on Citygate Network's conference on-site signage and event program (if registration, payment, and description information are received by April 18).
  • A 30-word description of company or ministry in conference program and on the mobile conference website (if registration, payment, and description information are received by April 18).

Not included, but available through the decorator and/or the hotel are electrical hookup, phone, dedicated/wired internet service, drayage service, and setup labor.

Soon after Citygate Network receives your registration and deposit payment, the decorator will send you an exhibition services kit outlining details regarding furnishing rentals, power, exhibit labor, shipping, drayage, and other services.

Informal Networking and Business Solicitation

The Exhibit Hall is Citygate Network’s designated place for businesses to engage attendees for the purpose of networking and business solicitation. Businesses that have a presence in the Exhibit Hall are also welcome to network with attendees throughout the conference. However, businesses and organizations that do NOT pay for exhibit space in the Exhibit Hall are prohibited from attending the conference altogether.

Rationale: Businesses and organizations that pay for a presence in the Exhibit Hall see those who do not pay for that same presence as “stealing” the same opportunity that they are “paying for.” If Citygate Network allows this practice to occur, it could eventually erode the Exhibit Hall proposition and drive attendee costs up beyond what they can afford to pay, eroding attendance at the Annual Conference and Exposition. If this occurs, everyone loses.

Accommodation for Small Businesses

Citygate Network is aware that exhibiting at the conference can sometimes be financially difficult for smaller businesses or “one-man shops.” To help in this regard, we offer half booth spaces.

If your company is a one-person entity OR has an annual revenue of less than $200,000, you may apply for a half booth. You will be billed a $300 deposit fee for the shared space, and you will later be invoiced the balance for one half of the standard booth fee ($900 for Citygate Network business members; $1,150 for non-members). NOTE: When planning your displays, keep in mind that you will be assigned to half of a 10'X8' booth, so displays cannot exceed 5' wide. Also, a shared booth includes two registrations per company; additional representatives will incur an additional fee of $330 per rep.
