Sponsorship Opportunities

Citygate Network’s Annual Conference represents North America’s largest gathering of mission workers and provides a unique opportunity for you to showcase your products and services. We are grateful for the support and interest of our business members in the past. We are always looking for ways to enhance your conference experience. 

This year we will continue using tiered primary sponsorships. There will be one Title Sponsor, up to three Major Sponsors, and up to five Supporting Sponsors.

The descriptions listed below showcase the ways we can highlight your company or organization during the conference.

PRODUCT SPONSORSHIPS

Conference Name Badges

Member price: $5,000 | Non-member price: $6,000

Your company name and logo will appear on the name badge that all attendees will wear every day. The name badge is required for admission to all conference events. It’s a constant reminder of your presence at the conference.


Conference Tote Bags

Member price: $5,000 | Non-member price: $6,000

We’ll screen-print your company name, logo, and contact information (along with Citygate Network’s logo) on the side of a tote bag that all attendees will receive. Most attendees carry the bag throughout the conference and keep it for multiple uses when they return home.


Hotel Room Key Cards

Member price: $5,000 | Non-member price: $6,000

We’ll print your company name, logo, and contact information (along with Citygate Network’s 2020 conference logo) on attendees' hotel room key cards. 


Welcome Kit

Member price: $2,500 | Non-member price: $ N/A - Member-Only option

Welcome each attendee by providing your company's marketing materials and branded items in a gift bag as guests check in to the hotel. Sponsor must staff a table in the hotel lobby and distribute your pre-assembled gift bags.

Conference Bookstore

Member price: $2,500 | Non-member price: $3,500

Each year the conference bookstore is a big hit! The store offers resources both created by and recommended by the main speakers and seminar presenters, as well as other materials helpful to the work and ministry of life-transformation. The bookstore will be open all day in a high-traffic area where attendees are expected to pass multiple times throughout the event. In addition to recognition in the conference program, signage at the bookstore will include your company or organization logo, thanking you for your sponsorship of the store. New Addition: Sponsor signage can also be displayed in book signing area.


Conference App

Member price: $2,500 | Non-member price: $3,500

The conference app provides directions and helps attendees share comments and photos throughout the conference. Your logo with a link to your website will be at the bottom of each screen. Visible signage will also be provided where volunteers are stationed to assist users with app setup.

Emerging Leaders Suite

Drawing rules for sponsorships

  1. Businesses have until 5 p.m. MST on February 21, 2020, to notify Citygate Network of their interest for primary, product, or event sponsorships by completing and submitting their registration.
  2. Previous sponsorships will not be a factor in determining which businesses are awarded sponsorships for the 2020 conference.
  3. There will be one sponsor for the Title Sponsor, up to three sponsors for the Major Sponsor, and up to five sponsors for the Supporting Sponsor.
  4. After February 21, 2020, any uncontested sponsorship for which interest has been indicated will be awarded. If there is more than one interested party for a primary sponsorship or for a product or event sponsorship, the sponsorship will be decided by random drawing by an unaffiliated third party.
  5. Drawings for primary sponsorships will start with the highest level and work down. Drawings for products/events will be done in the order they appear on the website.
  6. NOTE: Businesses can apply for multiple primary sponsorships.  Once drawn for a primary sponsorship, the business will not be in the remaining primary drawings.
  7. Businesses that are not selected in the Title Sponsor drawing will automatically receive a Major Sponsor spot. However, if more than three businesses are eligible for the Major Sponsor spots from the first drawing, a second drawing will be conducted to determine which businesses receive the Major Sponsorships.
  8. The same process will be followed for the Major Sponsor drawing.  For the remaining Major Sponsor openings, a drawing will be conducted from the businesses that did not apply for the Title Sponsor. Any who are not drawn will automatically become a Supporting Sponsor. However, if more than five businesses are eligible for the Supporting Sponsor spots from the first drawing, a second drawing will be conducted to determine which businesses receive the Supporting Sponsorships.
  9. Citygate Network business members will be given priority. If a business member and a non-business member are both interested in the same primary sponsorship or product/event sponsorship, the business member will be awarded the sponsorship without a drawing. A non-business member will be awarded a primary sponsorship or product/event sponsorship only if it is the sole interested party, or if only other non-business members are interested; in that event a drawing will be held if multiple non-business members apply for the same sponsorship.
  10. Starting February 22, 2020, sponsorships for any uncontested primary or product/event sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come basis.
