CN: What is something happening at your mission that you are most grateful for?

Nashville Rescue Mission : I am most grateful for the support and dedication of our donors, volunteers, staff, and community partners. Their commitment to our mission of providing hope for today, tomorrow, and eternity to those experiencing homelessness in Nashville has been inspiring, especially as we celebrate our 70th anniversary this year.

CN: What is something you are looking forward to and/or praying for?

Nashville Rescue Mission : One thing I am looking forward to and praying for is the continued growth and impact of our ministry, particularly with the completion of our new Women & Children's campus. This facility will allow us to expand our services and reach even more women and children in need, providing them with shelter, support, and resources to rebuild their lives.

CN: In what ways has being a Citygate Network member been a resource to you and your team?

Nashville Rescue Mission : Our involvement and engagement with Citygate Network have been invaluable to our ministry. Through this network, we have been able to connect with other like-minded organizations, share best practices, and access resources and support to enhance our programs and services. It has been a collaborative effort that has strengthened our mission and enabled us to better serve those experiencing homelessness in our community.

The 300+ organizations in Citygate Network membership seek to move people in desperate situations and destitute conditions (i.e., hungry, homeless, abused, and addicted) from human suffering to human flourishing through the process of gospel-powered life transformation.
