Meet Justin

Justin Boles is Citygate Network's vice president, overseeing the network's communications, and also directing the programs, products, services, and education that member ministries turn to for support. In the 16 years prior to joining the network, Justin served as an overseas journalist, communications director, marketing consultant, and executive director for a variety of organizations, including One Challenge International, Brookhaven Retreat, and Christian Camp and Conference Association. Along the way, he has developed a passion for resourcing organizations like rescue missions, that have a positive impact on the world. Justin and his wife, Amy, have two children: Jaden, their adult son, and Jiliyn, an aspiring nurse, whom they adopted from China when she was nine months old.

 

Justin Boles is Citygate Network's vice president, overseeing the network's communications, and also directing the programs, products, services, and education that member ministries turn to for support. In the 16 years prior to joining the network, Justin served as a missionary journalist, communications director, marketing consultant, and executive director in the nonprofit and for-profit arenas. He traveled extensively as a journalist, worked as managing editor of a magazine, helped companies improve their online presence through his consulting firm, oversaw communications and marketing for an international association, quarterbacked the development of an association health plan, and lead a camp and retreat ministry that focused on at-risk youth. Justin has also enjoyed serving as a church elder, food bank volunteer, and volunteer youth sports coach.

Through his diverse experiences, he has developed a passion for resourcing organizations like rescue missions, that have a positive impact on the world.

Justin holds a B.A. in communications from Stephen F. Austin State University, where he minored in social work. He has authored a number of articles for magazines, newspapers, journals, and e-zines, and has personally developed more than 50 websites.

Justin and his wife, Amy, have two children: Jaden, their adult son, and Jiliyn, an aspiring nurse, whom they adopted from China when she was nine months old.
