Innovation & Impact Labs
Discover Kingdom-centered best practices up close–and leave equipped to apply them to your ministry with confidence.
Citygate Network’s Innovation & Impact Labs go far beyond a standard mission tour. Rather than simply watching success happen, your team immerses itself in the methods that fuel real transformation. This hands-on learning lab environment lets ministry leaders share Kingdom resources and proven practices—and craft solutions tailored to their own local context.
No matter the size of your ministry, if you're ready to grow, adapt, and lead with excellence, this experience is for you.
Our Aim:
Equip ministries with community, resources, advocacy, and best practices—so together we can address homelessness at its root causes and advance Kingdom impact with confidence.
Turn proven practices into customized plans
- Immersive learning – Gather on-site with fellow leaders as host ministries open their doors and unpack the models, systems, and rhythms that drive life transformation every day.
- Contextual integration – Guided discussions and peer feedback sessions help your team translate each practice to fit your community, resources, and calling.
- 90-day action plan – Walk away with a clear, ministry-specific roadmap for the next three months—so inspiration turns quickly into measurable impact.
- Ongoing coaching – A dedicated Citygate Network Regional Coordinator journeys with you through the full 90 days, providing encouragement, accountability, and practical resources.
Assemble Kingdom change-makers
Each Lab hosts up to 8 ministries—with a maximum of 5 attendees per ministry—to ensure a focused, collaborative experience.
Each selected ministry sends a team of 4–5 senior leaders, including the CEO or Executive Director. Recommended participants include:
- Program or department directors
- Team leads aligned with the Lab’s focus
- A board member (optional, for buy-in and support)
