Citygate Network Leadership Collaboratives offer a dynamic two-year initiative designed to equip and empower leaders like you—serving on the frontlines of life transformation. Rooted in learning, encouragement, and accountability, this experience goes beyond professional development—providing a pathway for lasting personal growth and expanded influence.

We believe that when leaders grow, ministries flourish. That’s why we’ve launched Leadership Collaboratives: to create a community of transformational leaders committed to sharpening their skills, strengthening one another, and sparking greater Kingdom impact.
Through a blend of in-person and virtual gatherings, focused leadership development, and executive coaching, you’ll explore key leadership competencies, develop deeper self-awareness, and grow in your ability to guide and inspire others.

- Kickoff Leadership Summit
September 9 – 11, 2026 | Citygate Network, Colorado Springs, Colorado
Launch your journey with an immersive in-person experience focused on leadership foundations and community-building. - Monthly Leadership Calls
Engage in guided discussions around seven core leadership competencies designed to strengthen your effectiveness and influence. - Monthly Peer Coaching Triads
Participate in small group coaching sessions with fellow Citygate Network leaders, benefiting from space for support, mutual accountability, and encouragement. - Mid-year Gathering at Annual Conference
June 1, 2027 | Spokane, Washington
Arrive early to spend the day before the Annual Conference reconnecting with your cohort in person to reflect on growth, celebrate wins, and share how this ongoing experience has already impacted your leadership journey.

Citygate Network received a generous grant that allows us to provide this opportunity to committed leaders who:
- Have a hunger to grow personally and professionally
- Desire to build relationships with other mission-minded leaders
- Commit to investing time and energy into transformational leadership development
Thanks to a generous grant, your only costs for participating in the Leadership Collaborative will be travel and lodging for the two in-person gatherings, plus registration for the Annual Conference.
For the first in-person gathering (kickoff) in Colorado Springs, we’ve secured a discounted hotel rate of $109 per night. You’re welcome to fly or drive—whatever works best for you. All meals, curriculum, and coaching will be fully covered.
The second in-person gathering will take place in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and is scheduled for the day before our 2026 Annual Conference begins, making it easy to attend both. The Citygate Network discounted hotel rate there is $155 per night.
You may also wish to consider using professional development funds to help cover travel, lodging, or registration costs.
Leadership development and church planting pioneer, Dr. Robert E. Logan will facilitate the pilot cohort. With over 40 years of ministry experience, from church planting and pastoring to consulting and speaking, he has developed practical, transformative resources that leaders can implement in a variety of contexts. Throughout his career, Bob has honed a deep understanding of people and counts it a privilege to walk alongside ministry leaders, helping them to catalyze their ministries toward fulfilling the call God has placed on their lives.
