First steps:
Step 1 – Apply
Complete the Ministry Assessment Form and submit this short online application.
Step 2 – Selection
We’ll review each application for mission fit, demonstrated need, and readiness to implement change. Ministries best prepared to put ideas into action will receive an invitation.

What happens next?
Step 3 – Register
Invited teams receive a private registration link. Thanks to generous grant funding, the cost is just $199 per person.
Step 4 – We’ve got you covered—just get here
Your fee includes three nights of hotel for up to five team members, most meals, all Lab materials, and on-site facilitation. (Travel and ground transportation are not included.)

What happens soon?
Step 5 – Immerse
Spend three energizing days with peer ministries and subject-matter experts to diagnose challenges, prototype solutions, and craft a 90-day action plan.
Step 6 – Activate & accelerate
For the next 90 days, a Regional Coordinator provides check-ins, coaching, and resource connections to keep momentum strong and measure impact.
