Ripple Effect is a 12‑month, action‑oriented program that helps boards overcome hurdles—like vision drift, disengagement, fundraising gaps, compliance issues, and succession planning—by guiding chairs, executives, and board members through the creation of key governance documents and dynamics‑enhancing practices, all under the mentorship of seasoned ministry leaders.

Full‑board engagement
Board chair, CEO/executive leader, and ideally all members participate in this virtual training.
