Leadership Collaboratives
We’re investing in leaders who serve on the frontlines of transformation. Through small-group Leadership Collaboratives, we gather CEOs, directors, and emerging leaders into affinity-based cohorts for ongoing learning, encouragement, and accountability. These safe-space groups foster personal and professional growth while cultivating deep trust and connection.
Participants engage in monthly online sessions, annual in-person gatherings, and individualized support from seasoned coaches—equipped to guide, challenge, and inspire them toward their next level of leadership. Additional affinity groups based on ministry roles will offer peer-based insight, shared learning, and practical support in navigating everyday ministry challenges.
