Resurrection House

Resurrection House is a forward thinking, faith-based resource center for the homeless committed to transitioning at-risk individuals to a path of self-sufficiency. Resurrection House was founded in 1989 by six downtown churches. We seek to serve the homeless population of Sarasota by following Christ's instructions as outlined in Matthew 25. Not surprisingly, we minister to the poorest of the poor and attempt to facilitate their return to an accepting and accommodating society. Over thirty religious entities contribute to the success enjoyed by Resurrection House.
