About our Host

Atlanta Mission demonstrates how trauma-informed care, vocational training, and organizational health work together to create sustainable, whole-person transformation. Rooted in over 85 years of service and innovation, Atlanta Mission has become a leading voice in holistic, data-informed approaches to ending homelessness. Each night, more than 600 men, women, and children find shelter, healing, and hope across its campuses in the heart of Atlanta.

This Innovation & Impact Lab immerses participants in Atlanta Mission’s Christ-centered, trauma-informed model of care. Leaders will explore how aligned leadership, healthy teams, and strategic clarity fuel organizational health; how spiritual growth and personal development are integrated into long-term transformation; and how the Next Steps vocational training program equips individuals for lasting employment and independence. The Lab also highlights how strategic planning drives measurable outcomes, how donor and volunteer engagement fosters meaningful community connection, and how data and analytics inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Tools like “The Four Questions” offer practical ways to build clarity, accountability, and purpose across teams.

Whether you're leading a mission, launching a new program, or looking to strengthen your team and outcomes, you’ll leave with ideas and tools you can implement right away.
