    Culture doesn't happen by accident—it is shaped every day by the behaviors leaders model and the standards they uphold. In this session, we'll explore how servant leadership, intentional culture-building, and personal ownership create environments where people flourish, teams thrive, and mission accelerates. Participants will leave with practical principles they can apply immediately to strengthen the culture of their organizations.

    Trauma changes how people think, respond, and relate to the world around them. This session explores the principles of trauma-informed care and how understanding the impact of trauma can transform the way we lead, serve, and build relationships. Participants will gain practical tools for creating environments of safety, trust, dignity, and hope where lasting transformation can take root.
