Organization Description
The Market Street Mission, with locations in Morristown, Asbury Park and Paterson New Jersey, is an experienced organization with a proven method of helping to fight alcoholism, drug abuse, hunger, and homelessness throughout New Jersey. Since 1889, we have been meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people in our community. Our mission is to surround our neighbors with God’s love and everything they need to get back on their feet – like food and shelter, counseling and job training, spiritual guidance and Bible study – to live productive lives in our community. Through our Emergency Services and residential Life Change Addiction Recovery Program, we care for people's immediate needs today and long-term needs for a stable, independent tomorrow.
