Eugene, Oregon: Women’s Life Change Program Manager—The Life Change Program (LCP) Manager will provide spiritual, recovery, and social service case management and oversight to the women who are enrolled in the Life Change Program—a Christ-centered, 12–18 month, residential relapse-prevention program. This position also requires some public speaking and maintaining positive public relations, managing volunteers and interns, supervising other LCP staff, and collaborating with community agencies and organizations. Perform electronic record keeping and a variety of other duties. Experience in recovery and knowledge of the Genesis Process curriculum strongly preferred. Schenectady, New York: Senior Director of Ministries—The City Mission of Schenectady, a faith-based homeless shelter offering a full range of residential services, including a discipleship and recovery program, is in search of a mature Christian male with strong leadership skills to fill the Senior Director of Ministries position. The City Mission of Schenectady seeks to promote the personal wholeness and self-sufficiency of men and women by ministering to their spiritual, emotional, educational/vocational, and physical needs. Working under the direction of the Associate Executive Director this person will oversee the management and daily operations of the 110-bed facility with 25 transitional apartments and other related residential services. Candidates must have at least two years of proven experience supervising or directing managers.
