Registration process

There are four main steps to registration:

1. Update your Business Member Profile
2. Select your requested booth(s) and submit your deposit
3. Select your preferred sponsorship(s)
4. Register booth representatives
Please note: Do not register booth reps until you receive your discount codes via email. That email will include instructions for registering reps in our registration platform.

Step 1: Update Your Business Member Profile

If you are a Business Member, please ensure your description for Conference Program and email for Conference Program are up to date.

  • Go to www.members.citygatenetwork.org and login
    • If you do not know your login info, please email us at info@citygatenetwork.org
  • Once logged in, click your name in the upper-right corner and select Edit Organization
  • Review your organization’s details, including website URL
  • Scroll down to update or create your Description for Conference Program and Email for Conference Program

These details will be printed in the conference program and may also be used for other events. Descriptions and emails are pulled automatically from this profile, so please confirm everything is accurate and complete.

Event Contact
Please ensure the Event Contact listed in your organization profile is the person responsible for Exhibit Hall planning. Click on the yellow ‘Manage Members’ button on your profile page.
This contact will:

  • Receive important event-related emails
  • Have access to update program descriptions

You may select an existing person from your Mmeber list or add a new contact as needed.

Step 2: Booth Registration Instructions

1. Booth Type
Begin by selecting the booth type you would like (Booth, Prime Booth, Half Booth, etc.).
Important:
Do not register booth representatives until after your booth registration is complete. Discount codes for complimentary reps are issued only after booth approval.

2. Booth Placement
During registration, you may select:

  • The number and type of booths
  • Up to four booth placement preferences

Booth assignments will be made after registration and communicated via email.

3. Sponsorships
You may also select your sponsorship interests during registration.

  • Sponsorships will be awarded by drawing on Thursday, February 26, 2026
  • You will be notified of drawing results by Sam Edwards, Director of Business Development
  • All other sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis

4. Payment
After submitting your registration:
• You will receive a confirmation email
• Once your deposit is processed, you will receive an approval email with a receipt link
• Discount code(s) for booth representatives will be included in the approval email

You will be invoiced for the remaining balance in April, with full payment due by
Friday, April 10, 2026.

Step 3: Booth Representatives (Important)

Do not register booth representatives until you receive your discount code email.
That email will:

  • Provide your discount code(s)
  • Include instructions for registering reps in the RegFox platform

Please confirm who will attend before registering them. Use the provided discount code to receive:

  • Up to four complimentary reps per booth
  • Two complimentary reps for a half booth

Important notes:

  • Any rep registered without a discount code will be charged immediately
  • The deadline to register booth representatives is Friday, May 1, 2026
