Exhibitor booth rates
Upon receipt of your registration and deposit payment, the decorator will send you an exhibition services kit outlining details to furnish rentals, power, internet, exhibit labor, shipping, drayage, and other services.
Standard Booth
- 10' wide x 10' deep
- Shown in blue on the floor plan below.
Additional Booth(s)
- 10' wide x 10' deep
Prime Space Booth
- 10' wide x 10' deep
- Shown in green on the floor plan below.
Included in the standard booth package:
• 10' wide x 10' deep draped booth space.
• One draped six-foot table and two chairs.
• Conference name badges for up to four representatives per booth. (Name badges provide access to all conference activities. Additional representatives may register for an additional fee of $425.00 per rep.)
• All conference meals, general sessions, and breakout seminars.
• A listing in a Citygate Network e-blast to conference registrants (Only if registration, payment, and description information received by Friday, April 10, 2026.)
• A listing on the Citygate Network's conference home page (Only if registration, payment, and description information are received by Friday, April 10, 2026.)
• A 30-word description of your company or ministry in the conference program and on the conference app (Only if registration, payment, and description information are received by Monday, April 6, 2026.)
Booth Assignments
During the registration process, you will specify the type and quantity of booth(s), as well as selecting up to four booth placement choices. Click here to see the Exhibit Hall Map, which includes booth numbers and the floor plan.
We always try to allocate booths fairly; assigning booths based on the order in which we receive registrations. The layout of the Exhibit Hall begins after the primary sponsorship drawing scheduled on February 21, 2025. You will receive an email in early April providing details on your booth assignment, as well as a final invoice for your chosen booth(s) and sponsorship preferences.
Accommodation for our small business partners
Citygate Network recognizes the financial challenges smaller businesses may face when exhibiting at the conference. To provide support in such cases, we offer discounted half booth spaces.
To qualify:
- Your company is a one-person entity OR has an annual revenue of less than $250,000
- You pay an initial deposit fee of $350 for the shared space
- You will receive an invoice for your portion of the booth ($1,200 for members and $1,405 for non-members)
Note: When planning your display, keep in mind that you will only have half of a 10’ wide x 10’ deep booth. Your display cannot exceed 5’ in width. A half booth includes two registrations per company. Due to space limitations, you are not permitted to have more than two people representing your company in the booth at any time.

2026 Citygate Network Annual Conference, you agree to the Rules & Regulations.
