Welcome Kit/Gift – $2,750
Welcome attendees as they arrive by featuring your branded materials and gifts in the official conference welcome kits. Sponsors may staff a table near conference registration for direct engagement during peak arrival times. All welcome kit contents are provided by the sponsor and must be pre-approved by Citygate Network.

A guaranteed crowd favorite! An interactive experience that captures fun group videos, instantly uploaded and shared by attendees. Your sponsorship is highlighted with a custom floor graphic recognizing you as the sponsor.
Video Arcade - $1,500 (Up to 2 sponsors)
A nostalgic, high-energy attraction featuring four classic arcade games located in the Exhibit Hall. Two custom floor graphics designate your organization as the mini arcade sponsor.

Custom Vinyl Floor Graphics: (1) $375 • (2) $700 • (3) $925 • (4) $1,100
Full-color, 30" x 48" custom vinyl floor graphics are strategically placed in high-traffic areas and main entryways, offering strong visual impact as attendees move throughout the conference. Custom shapes are available at no additional cost. Artwork is due by April 24, 2026, and must be approved and ordered by Citygate Network. Floor graphics are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall, and placement is determined by Citygate Network.
Seminar Track Sponsor: $650 per Seminar Room
Support learning and professional development by sponsoring a seminar room for the full conference. Your organization’s name is displayed outside the room and listed in the program schedule, with opportunities to place branded materials on tables that may be refreshed between sessions.
