Men's Residential Program Manager

Jubilee Ministries, located in Lebanon, PA, is a mission-driven, faith-based, nonprofit organization. This multifaceted team strives to serve those affected by incarceration by being ambassadors of life change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jubilee's Aftercare program seeks to address the needs of men caught in a cycle of addiction and/or incarceration by providing a structured environment for them to have their hearts and lives engaged and transformed by Jesus Christ.

Jubilee Ministries is currently seeking a Full-Time Men's Aftercare Manager to serve at our location in Lebanon, PA.

The Men's Aftercare Manager oversees all aspects of the program, which includes, but is not limited to; involvement in resident intake, resident casework, supervision, instruction, material assistance, administration, and other actions related to the management of program staff and residents. This role is a "hands-on" position that requires the ability to motivate and manage a team, maintain the standards and procedures set in place by the program, and exemplify Christ to people from all walks of life. The manager must possess the wisdom to set appropriate boundaries with residents to minimize deception and the enabling of criminal behaviors. The successful candidate will feel called to this ministry and to furthering Jubilee's mission by being an ambassador of life change.

Position Qualifications Include:
* A degree and/or related experience in ministry, management, or casework is required
* Previous experience in prison work and/or with addictions is desirable
* 3+ years of demonstrated leadership and experience
* Strong administrative and time management skills
