Chief Program Officer
The Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a key member of the leadership team and will report to the President/CEO. The individual will provide leadership to CRM programs and program staff and includes researching, planning, developing, and implementing the organizationâ€™s program services and is responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. The individual must have a clear understanding of the disease concept of addiction and biblical principles that tie both together.
Manages and directs the programs of the Missionâ€™s menâ€™s, womenâ€™s and life skill residential recovery programs as well as post graduate housing programs.
â€“ The CPO will be directly responsible for the administrative and supervisory activities of all residential recovery programs.
â€“ The CPO will ensure that each program meets the changing needs of the participants and guests that they serve;
â€“ The CPO will be responsible for the continued development of all Programs as well as the evaluation of all Programs, Program Policy and Procedure effectiveness.
â€“ Ensures the best clinical standards and practices are always being followed.
Education and/or Experience:
â€“ Minimum of a BA or BS in Addiction Counseling, Social Work or related field, Masterâ€™s degree is preferred
â€“ Credentialed in substance abuse counseling
â€“ Experience in clinical substance abuse counseling with the integration of Christian theology using the disease concept of addiction
â€“ Five years in addiction treatment and five years supervisory experience.in program management
