Chief Program Officer
The Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a key member of the leadership team and will report to the President/CEO. The individual will provide leadership to CRM programs and program staff and includes researching, planning, developing, and implementing the organization’s program services and is responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. The individual must have a clear understanding of the disease concept of addiction and biblical principles that tie both together. Overview Manages and directs the programs of the Mission’s men’s, women’s and life skill residential recovery programs as well as post graduate housing programs. Responsibilities – The CPO will be directly responsible for the administrative and supervisory activities of all residential recovery programs. – The CPO will ensure that each program meets the changing needs of the participants and guests that they serve; – The CPO will be responsible for the continued development of all Programs as well as the evaluation of all Programs, Program Policy and Procedure effectiveness. – Ensures the best clinical standards and practices are always being followed.
QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience: – Minimum of a BA or BS in Addiction Counseling, Social Work or related field, Master’s degree is preferred – Credentialed in substance abuse counseling – Experience in clinical substance abuse counseling with the integration of Christian theology using the disease concept of addiction – Five years in addiction treatment and five years supervisory experience.in program management Send cover letter and resume to: resumes@charlotterescuemission.org
