CEO/President

After successfully leading our ministry organization for 26+ years, our current CEO has announced his retirement, effective at the close of 2020. It is for this reason that we have opened our search to identify our next CEO, one who will lead Bay Area Rescue Mission into our next season of ministry. Ideally, our intent is to bring our next CEO on board so that our retiring CEO and new CEO will have an opportunity to work together to facilitate a smooth and strong transition. The right candidate will be a Godly professional and proven leader who excels in execution of vision and has a heart to reach the broken and homeless with the transformational hope and love that only Christ offers. Must have the ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with ministry leadership, board members, donors, and community leaders. This role requires spiritual maturity, strategic leadership, excellent relationship skills, integrity, discernment, and execution.
The Bay Area Rescue Mission (BARM) is a non-denominational Christian ministry located in the heart of Richmond, California.
