Redmond Associate Director of Development

The Redmond Giving Officer works as part of the Shepherd’s House Ministry’s development team. This person will oversee Redmond area fundraising, planning, and strategies with a strong emphasis on Redmond Major Donors. This person will manage a portfolio of major donors including individuals, businesses, churches, and organizations while building relationships that will lead to financial support. They will identify and steward donors and ask for gifts. This person will help support all fundraising activities of Shepherd’s House Ministries, including special events, grant writing, communication, and other functions as assigned by the Development Director. The right person will possess high leadership, organizational and relational skills, and have experience in fundraising with an emphasis in major gift fundraising.
