Processing Director

Jubilee Ministries, located in Lebanon, PA, is a mission-driven, faith-based, nonprofit ministry serving individuals affected by incarceration. A multifaceted organization, the team endeavors to serve as ambassadors of life change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To advance the various community and prison ministries, Jubilee operates six thrift stores located in Lebanon, Lancaster, and Berks Counties. Through employment at Jubilee, each team member fulfills an essential role in impacting lives for Christ.

Jubilee Ministries is seeking a full-time Processing Director to provide leadership to the processing operations of Jubilee Ministries. This department oversees the processing of all items donated to the thrift stores, trucking, and warehousing. The Processing Director provides vision leadership, and strategic directions to the department. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires flexibility, strategic thinking and organization. The successful candidate will be a collaborator, team builder, and developer of people who brings servant-leadership and a passion for the mission of Jubilee Ministries.

Position Qualifications Include:
Personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to the mission, beliefs, and values of Jubilee Ministries, essential
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience including developing people/teams
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role
Operations and Logistics skills
Excellent communication skills
