HR Specialist

The HR Specialist will be responsible for the routine functions and day-to-day operations of Human Resources at Lighthouse Mission Ministries (LMM) including recruiting staff, administering benefits, coordinating leave, and on and off-boarding employees. The Specialist will act under the supervision of the President & CEO and operate within established policies and procedures. This position offers a flexible/ hybrid work schedule and a friendly and supportive work culture. The ideal candidate will bring HR expertise, a strong sense of integrity, and a desire to support staff as they minister to our homeless neighbors in Whatcom County.

Wage: $21.50 to $27 per hour (30-40 hours per week)

Compensation to include: PTO (15 days) & Paid holiday (12.5 days) Package; Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance for employee; 403(b) contribution and match up to 5%; Employee Assistance Program; Paid Training; and Education Reimbursement.
