Graphic Design Manager

Job Title: Graphic Design Manager for our True Charity Initiative
Manager: VP of Communications
Function: Design visual materials that reflect TCs brand, promote long-term poverty solutions, and grow the organization's visual appeal.

Essential Talents and Skills
Creative, collaborative, and responsive
Advanced technical expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Adobe Animate is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office products: especially PowerPoint
Strong skills when it comes to layouts for one-pagers, educational materials, and event promotion materials will be vital to your success
Must be receptive to and able to provide constructive feedback daily
Experience designing animated infographics will give you an edge.

Major Responsibilities
Design visuals, printed materials, and graphics for all TCs departments with a focus on shareable digital content, print collateral, event collateral, and development materials.
Maintain a project tracking system for assigned design projects to ensure on-time completion.
Assist with the development of branding, brand advocacy, and brand compliance. Ensure brand consistency, review and edit materials produced by other departments as needed.
Work with the VP of Communications to develop TC Adobe Creative Cloud library.

Though True Charity is based in Joplin, MO, this is a fully remote position and will require travel 3-4 times per year for events and meetings.
