Executive Director

The Executive Director oversees all program and business operations of this homeless shelter organization. This includes a one-year residency program (“Genesis Recovery”), temporary housing program (“Step T.W.O.”) overnight housing (“Crossroads”), a three-meal-per-day feeding program with broad annual Thanksgiving and Easter meal delivery; fundraising, management of assets and donor relations; hiring, training, discipline, and termination of employees, and oversight of the operation of a thrift store (“Penny Pincher”).
