Director of Men's Discipleship Program

The Program Director will serve as a leader, and ensure that all aspects of program management and development are carried out in our men's ministry. A high school graduate with further education and ministerial training is preferred. Must be able to supervise staff and program men in a rescue mission, and is responsible for the oversight of each area of activity. Must agree with the Mission Statement of Faith and Qualifications for Christian Ministry Employment. Must be able to preach and teach the Holy Scriptures, and provide counseling and spiritual guidance.
