Account Supervisor

The primary responsibility of the Account Supervisor is to develop strong integrated campaign strategies for their clients, as well as manage the consistent execution of these strategies throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Responsible for balancing campaign quality and budgets, the AS works closely with all departments to ensure that programs are executed on-time, on-budget and on-quality.

The AS communicates regularly with their clients about high-level topics, including campaign strategy and budget conversations (e.g. change orders or out of scope requests). This role maintains a working knowledge of their clients' industry/segment, as well as a specific knowledge of their clients' consumer profiles and competitors enabling them to create effective marketing strategies. The AS can clearly articulate their own agency's service offerings and capabilities, allowing them to sell agency services into their accounts through quarterly strategic recommendations (up-selling and cross-selling).
