Program Manager
The Manager is responsible for the delivery of services as it relates to addiction recovery, transitional housing and vocational readiness in our mens residential program in alignment with the mission of “Restoring Hope and Changing Lives”. As a seasoned believer, our manager shares the gospel through relational counseling. Implements the objectives of the director, monitors outcomes and adjust program to maximize results. Selects and supervises staff, trains and orients, and evaluates performance. Prepares reports related to department. Addresses and resolves program related concerns, including finanal decision on matters of student intake and discipline.

This is an exempt level position that is full time, onsite. As a 24/7 facility, our manager is expected to coordinate a schedule to provide appropriate staffing across all shifts. Salary negotiable based on education and experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, with 2 years supervisory experience in related field. CASAC or Mental Health Counseling preferred
