Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible to the Board of Directors for the protection of ministry assets and careful stewardship of those things under Union Gospel Mission of Grays Harbor's name including being ultimately responsible for fiscal and operational integrity of the ministry. The Executive Director is also responsible for providing administrative leadership of the daily operations for the organization and spiritual guidance for the staff. Must have a deep desire to serve the Lord Jesus Christ in the ministry of life recovery and biblical discipleship. Organization, flexibility, and outstanding interpersonal communication are key skills of the Executive Director.
