Women's Shelter Supervisor

Principal Functions:
The Women's Shelter Supervisor is directly responsible to the Shelter Director for the case management of the female clients of the Gospel Mission.

Under no circumstances, to take actions that are contrary to the Holy Scriptures, or the specific guidelines set down by Mission policies, if in question refer to the Shelter Director.
Work as part of a team with the Men's Shelter Supervisor to provide consistency and uniformity for the programs and the people in them. Reporting to the Shelter Director.
Be the staff person in charge of the two supervisory people.
Maintain order and discipline.
Case manages and organizes a reasonable plan of action for the benefit of the client.
Monitor attendance for program activities.
Fill in as necessary for Bible studies in the shelter.
Make sure daily chores, by all guests, are completed to an acceptable standard.
Maintain personal appearance and demeanor such that it reflects the purpose of the Mission
And other duties as needed by the Shelter Director

Salary and Benefits:
Salary to be determined by the Board of Directors
Salary will be reviewed annually; performance evaluations will be reviewed annually by the Shelter Director.

Vacation and Holiday:
After one full year, 1 week (5 working days) paid vacation.
After two full years, 2 weeks (10 working days) paid vacation.
