Executive Director

The Executive Director of the Kokomo Rescue Mission is the servant leader of the entire ministry. They must be the visionary of the ministry. This role requires spiritual maturity, strategic leadership, business skills, excellent relationship skills, integrity, discernment, and the ability to innovate change. We are seeking a leader who is passionate about meeting the needs of the hungry and homeless and working with the community, individuals, and agencies to accomplish excellence and integrity in outreach. We are a Christ centered ministry that bases our programs and service on the lasting hope and change that comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
