Shelter Director

Crossroads Mission Avenue, Grand Island is seeking applicants for the position of Men's Homeless Shelter Director. This is an exciting opportunity to help men in the Grand Island Area who are experiencing homelessness. Through Crossroads Mission Avenues' 4-phase PRP program, the Shelter Director, along with other team members, will be able to offer evangelism and discipleship to help men overcome poverty and homelessness.

Crossroads Mission Avenue is a Christian non-profit ministry and applicants are required to be in full agreement with the Crossroads Mission Avenue Statement of Faith, have a personal walk with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and have a heart of compassion toward those we serve. A background in human services or case management is a plus.

Crossroads Mission Avenue would like personal references, professional references, and a pastoral reference. Hours are generally 40-45 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Crossroads Mission Avenue offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
