Director of Operations

Applicant will oversee all aspects of building operation and maintenance needs for our eight (8) building campus. General knowledge of building systems and maintenance is necessary. Responsibilities include supervision and training of operations staff and volunteers.

This position also requires strong spiritual leadership, with opportunities to share the gospel, teach and disciple troubled clients and staff in crisis and provide spiritual advisement. The right candidate will have good organizational, people and life skills, and have a strong desire to disciple men.
