The perfect candidate for Controller will have 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the nonprofit sector, 4+ years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Absolute skills needed include:
* Financial analysis
* Internal controls
* Operating and capital budgets
* Strategic planning
* Fund accounting
