Join us in beautiful Coeur d’Alene for this year’s Evergreen District Conference, October 5-7 at the Union Gospel Mission Center for Women and Children. Packed with education, inspiration, and networking designed to enrich and connect mission and ministry staff from throughout the district, this conference is a fantastic way to invest in your team and one another.

The $50 registration fee includes all conference programming, two meals (opening dinner at 5:00 p.m. on October 5 and lunch on October 6), and a lake cruise (please be sure to RSVP on the registration).

This year we are offering an optional, pre-conference "Mental Health First Aid" class, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on October 5. The cost for the class is $50 (sign up when you register).

UPDATE: The class registration limit has now been reached and we are no longer receiving Mental Health First Aid Class registrations.

Brandan Thomas  

Brandan Thomas, Executive Director
Winchester Rescue Mission, Winchester, VA

A pastor since he was 19, Brandan has served at Winchester Rescue Mission for over nine years, where he implemented a case management program, opened a women's shelter, and is currently in the midst of a mission facility and program expansion. Critically aware of the impact of the rise of mental health issues on the role and services of missions, Brandan, an avid motorcyclist, will be riding from Washington, D.C., to Coeur d'Alene to raise money and awareness for homelessness and mental health.

Dena Johnson, LMHC
Dena Johnson Counseling Services, Yakima, WA

Dena is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) therapist, specializing in trauma and attachment, usually within adoption and foster-care relationships. A Christian counselor, she believes we were created to relate meaningfully with God, self, and others. Dena is a licensed mental health counselor with superior credentials.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so with no penalty up to two weeks before the event. Cancellations requested less than two weeks before the event will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
