The event fee shown below, which includes seven meals, applies to individual and associate members and their spouses, plus any other board and staff members of Citygate Network member ministries. All event fees are always transferable to a previously unregistered guest from a member mission. Any registration changes or additions after August 26 must be made on-site at the Naples Beach Hotel. Registrations canceled before July 15 will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee per person. If canceled after July 15, they will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee per person. Only in cases of family emergencies might the cancellation fee be waived. All refund requests must be in writing and received by Citygate Network no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2020.
Because REVIVE! is a smaller and different event from what the Annual Conference in San Antonio would have been, scholarship funds are being reserved for the 2021 Annual Conference in Baltimore.
