Description

Jubilee Ministries exists to serve those affected by incarceration by being ambassadors of LIFE CHANGE through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We have chaplains working in State and County Correctional Facilities.  Our chaplains lead worship services, teach Bible studies, provide individual counseling, oversee pre-release classes, teach discipleship classes, visit cell blocks, and minister to prison staff.  We also have an Aftercare ministry for men and women.  The program is for individuals recently released from prison, we provide an individualized program, which offers: transitional housing, mentoring, accountability, work skills, life skills, and material assistance.
