WHO:              The Association of Gospel Rescue Missions (AGRM) is an association of more than 275 rescue missions across North America. Annually, professionals at member ministries serve approximately 50 million meals, provide more than 20 million nights of lodging, distribute more than 27 million pieces of clothing, bandage the wounds of hundreds of abuse victims, and graduate 18,000-plus homeless men and women from addiction recovery programs into productive living. AGRM is North America’s oldest and largest network of crisis shelters and rehabilitation centers offering radical hospitality in the name of Jesus.

More than 600 of these AGRM rescue mission professionals—the world’s leading service providers to the poor and homeless—are expected to gather in Orlando this month. AGRM member organizations provide some of the nation’s most effective and efficient rehabilitation, education, job-training and life-skills programs for homeless and needy men, women and children.

WHAT:             The 99th Annual Convention is focused on education to strengthen member organizations’ outreach and operations. More than 80 seminars will address a variety of content, including social enterprise and innovation, transformational programing and issues facing rescue missions. The event also features inspirational keynote speakers, worship music, networking, and exhibits.
